Senior Law Project provides free legal assistance to Lake and Mendocino County seniors (age 60+). Our case priorities are designed to focus the program's limited resources on the issues which most affect quality of life of our clients. Counseling and representation are provided in the following areas:
Senior Law Project practices preventive law by helping elders plan for incapacity and long-term care.
Community education and advocacy efforts allow us to reach significant numbers of individuals and to affect the institutions, agencies and systems serving the elderly. |
